This course delves into both Federal and State Fair Housing law, the similarities they share, and how disabled Georgians and their service animals can exercise their rights under them. Learn both the difference between Service Animals and Emotional Support/Comfort Animals and how each are treated under Fair Housing Laws, and what questions property owners may and may not ask related to disabilities and service animals.
