 Major updates to appraisal reporting are here! Are you familiar with UAD 3.6?

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 introduces a redesigned appraisal report, more standardized property information, and clearer condition and quality descriptions. These changes will affect how appraisal information is collected, reported, and reviewed.

Join us for a Lunch & Learn hosted by Reece Cohen of Atlantic Bay Mortgage to learn what these updates mean for REALTORS® and your clients! Reece has invited an appraiser to join us via Zoom while we gather in the GIAR Training Room to discuss the changes, ask questions, and better understand the process.

Instructor will be joining via Zoom, but class is in person! Join us for lunch, provided by Harrison Benefield with Benefield Law Firm!
