DESCRIPTION:NEW REALTORS MUST COMPLETE ORIENTATION WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS. Orientation is your official welcome into the REALTOR family. There\, we'll provide you with helpful resources and tools that will improve the way you do business. As a REALTOR \, you play an important role in this industry\, and orientation will introduce you to the many benefits from your local\, state\, and national REALTOR associations. Failure to complete this requirement will keep your application from being approved by the Board of Directors and will require you to submit a new application with repayment of the application fee ($150). New Member Orientation is a full-day orientation and you must attend the entirety of the training in order to meet the membership requirement. MORNING SESSION: The first session will cover the basics of REALTOR membership. Get your first introduction to professional standards\, the Code of Ethics\, REALTOR Safety\, and Fair Housing. You will also get an extensive rundown on national\, state\, and local member benefits. AFTERNOON SESSION: The second session will offer in-depth Matrix MLS and SentriLock lockbox training. Our knowledgeable leadership and staff will show you the ins and outs of the technology side of being a REALTOR \, and you will get an opportunity to ask questions and grow your mastery of our computer-based and mobile application-based systems.
