Agents and Brokers need to understand the impact that a Community Association has on their buyers. It is a very important part of an agent's career. This course will identify the concept of Community Associations and the different types of each to all Licensees in Georgia. As a result will educate the Licensee on the difference between Voluntary, Mandatory, Hybrid, Condo, Homeowner, and Private Owner Associations. This instructional course highlights homeowner responsibilities regarding HOA/COA/POAA rules and regulations, Covenants and Restrictions, and Local zoning restrictions.
