NEW REALTORS® MUST COMPLETE ORIENTATION WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS.  

Orientation is your official welcome into the REALTOR® family. There, we'll provide you with helpful resources and tools that will improve the way you do business. As a REALTOR®, you play an important role in this industry, and orientation will introduce you to the many benefits from your local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. 

Failure to complete this requirement will keep your application from being approved by the Board of Directors and will require you to submit a new application with repayment of the application fee ($150). 

This session will cover the basics of REALTOR® membership. Get your first introduction to professional standards, the Code of Ethics, REALTOR® Safety, and Fair Housing. You will also get an extensive rundown on national, state, and local member
