Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® has added an 'emergency' session of this class for this Friday to help all of our members who are confused or panicking over the recent changes in our MLS due to the NAR Settlement! Find out WHY we're where we're at, WHAT we need to do to comply with the terms of the Settlement, and HOW we can adjust and adapt to this new environment - using the GAR Forms as modified in July as well as other tools and practices that can help us move forward in this new landscape...
