I have been an agent in coastal Georgia since 2014. I enjoy living a coastal lifestyle and sharing that insight with my clients who are considering moving to southeast coastal Georgia.  I am a certified Buyer's and Seller's Agent which gives me insight to both sides of the buying and selling process. I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and veterans utilizing their VA benefit to purchase a new home. I am well versed in video showings for those who are buying remotely due to job and/or time constraints. I enjoy working for an independent brokerage which allows me to give my undivided attention to each client from contract to close. I have a good working relationship with local vendors and can provide those resources to my clients. I also work in several markets via multiple MLS memberships which provides me with a wide variety of housing options for my buyers and resources for my sellers. And finally, I enjoy the opportunities being a Realtor provides such as community involvement, helping home buyers and sellers realize their goals, and being a part of a national association.
