Val Burnett, known as "The People's Agent," is an Associate Broker serving Georgia's Golden Isles since 2015, with real estate roots dating back to 2004 in Ohio. She specializes in waterfront, luxury, and resort/second-home properties across St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Brunswick, and the surrounding Glynn, Camden, and Brantley County communities.

Val holds numerous NAR designations, including ABR, MRP, PSA, RSPS, SFR, SRES, and SRS, and is a Lifetime Circle of Excellence member. As a Military Relocation Professional, she has a particular passion for helping military and federal families navigate PCS moves to Fort Stewart, Kings Bay, and FLETC Glynco.

Beyond real estate, Val is Past President of the Southeast Coastal Georgia Women's Council of Realtors, current DVP for the Georgia State Women's Council of Realtors, and a graduate of GIAR's inaugural Leadership Academy.
