Major updates to appraisal reporting are here! Are you familiar with UAD 3.6?Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 introduces a redesigned appraisal report, more standardized property information, and clearer condition and quality descriptions. These changes will affect how appraisal information is collected, reported, and reviewed.
